Title: Scan Before you Plan: How to Engage in Laser Scanning to document existing conditions
Summary: Designing a building can prove to be difficult at times, but some of the most difficult occur when trying to design around existing conditions. How flat was the floor, how big was that pipe, what kind of clearance was there, etc. These are all questions that can be answered from analyzing a point cloud created from laser scanning. Learn how laser scanning can add value to your next project!
Bryan Ransom, Moondog Animation
The landscape of architectural visualization is changing rapidly and I’ll be highlighting some of the tools being used on the cutting edge of Virtual and Augmented reality.  Each new method has its pros and cons in giving the client the best experience possible.
